To reiterate:

-Zanpakutou are to be peacebound.
-No fighting
-Clean up after yourselves
-Be here at sundown
-No fighting
-Fireworks at midnight
-Try to suppress your reiatsu til Ichigo gets here.
-No. Goddamned. Fighting.
-Bring whatever food or drinks you want, but all alcohol will be subject to my strict approval.

My house is located five kilometers outside the edge of Southern Rukongai. There will be escorts to show you the way to the house at the edge of the district, they'll be riding boars

I never offered you my condolences. Congrats on getting the second worst job in Seireitei. Poor bastard.

The worst job is certainly the fukutaichou of the soutaichou. He has to worry about everyone in Soul Society and Living World as well as the soutaichou.
