Oho, water purification I can surely do. Those aren't hard to whip up, so I can put a handful together and probably get them to you by evening. I don't know that I have the supplies for much in the way of shelter, but I've made a few improvements on those delightful little kidou-heaters you cooked up.

Since I don't answer to Central, I don't think they'll mind if I focus my efforts on Rukongai rather than Seireitei. They seem to have enough help there for the moment, wouldn't you say?

Thank god someone around here doesn't have to bow and scrape to those assholes. I heard they have the shinigami repainting the noble's houses and repairing their damaged property even as they're fixing the wall. What a fucking abuse of power. Goddamn.

Ive pretty much come to the conclusion that some of these people arent going to be pleased with any sort of help thats going to be given, but there's a lot that will take what they can get. You know how it is out here. Like it or not, the shinigami are gonna have to suppress these nutjobs. I just hope they do it smartly, or this problem will come and bite them straight in the ass.

Were I the sympathetic type I'd feel bad for the rest of the Gotei, but that's really not my style. Besides, I'm sure they'll figure some way to get something done--the ones worth anything, anyway. There are a good number of folks I can think of off the top of my head who would sooner paint obscenities on those nobles' gates than leave Rukongai to rot while they wasted their time whitewashing.

I do know how it is; it's rough country on the best of days. I can't imagine what you must be going through. I'll be along in a while, after I get a few of these purification engines up and running. I'm told the blood of these monsters is actually corrosive?
