{Private} Shiba-san, I know they're probably beyond listening to you at this point, but they're more likely to listen to you than anyone the Gotei could send. They have to stop, or the repercussions could be severe. The Central 46 obviously has Seireitei as its priority, and if they view these rioters as a threat, the results could be dire. I will come in person to help, but I don't know how much help I'll be able to provide.
